At Ever UGG Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new boots or accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn products back in their original Ever UGG packaging and shoe box, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
